Waist: Top edge of waistband from side to side, multiplied by 2
Length: Top edge of waistband to bottom edge of hem
Inseam: Joint seam between the legs to bottom edge of hem
Leg Opening: Inside edge of leg opening to outside edge, multiplied by 2
